Certification validity
CCNA certifications are valid for three years. That is to say, you will have to recertify after three from the acquirement of a CCNA certification, in order to assure you keep up with new technologies. However, if you get a higher level Cisco certification within three years, the validity term of CCNA will be renewed automatically.
